To be a good child model your child must be full of character and happy. Clients do not like miserable or bad behaved children and will not book them again. The child must want to be a model and must have fun in doing so. If you have commitments which may stop you getting your child to their booking or casting then you have to be realistic and not get into child modelling

All models are invited to a test shoot day, after being accepted at mi-mo, where we receive 7 images from the photographer to promote your child properly throughout the advertising industry. This test shoot is normally carried out in Peterborough at the weekend.

Payments to Models
We will pay the model for work carried out as soon as we have received payment from the client. This can take 4 weeks and sometimes up to 6 months.
All money is paid directly to a bank account via BACS transfer. We will deduct a commission of 15% on all child models under 14 years old from payment. Child models over 14 years will be charged at 20% commission.

Payment rates
Rates of pay vary from job to job. We will advise you of the rates when contacting you for bookings. The following rates are a rough guide and are not applicable to all jobs.
0-3 yrs £45 per hour £220 per day
4-7 yrs £50 per hour £255 per day
8-12 yrs £55 per hour £280 per day
13 yrs £60 per hour £310 per day
Teens £65 per hour £350 per day

£130 per day
